Not only is mail an expensive way to fill in gaps in your e-mail list but customers who want to communicate with you on-line will also want a quick and easy way to update their information on-line.</description>

		<description>I've long felt that direct postal mail had a place in the mix but have never been able to justify the cost.  When people inevitably change jobs, their email address usually goes dead, but postal mail sent to them is often delivered to their successors.  Post seems to be an expensive way to fill in gaps in your email list, though.</description>
